The delivery items were good but your delivery driver left the screws and the wood preserver right at the front of the drive. I did ask for it to be hidden behind the car up the drive. Even if I hadn't asked I would have expected common sense to prevail.
Luckily a neighbour saw it and took it in.
Great service. Delivered on time and very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend them!

I recently ordered some timber to built a garden gate at the the same time I ordered a latch set. The time bet arrived as promised and is very good quality.
I am disappointed that the latch set has not yet been delivered.
Online order initially indicated delivery within 3 days now promised in 5 days.
tried to register failed, contacted ecommerce got replies but no help. Requested where to find registry form got link from ecommerce but still can not see how to register. Found Bradford service 30 years ago was very poor at times so went else where. Thought I would give Bradfords another go, I wish I had not!
Website said delivery 2-3 days, heard noting, so called web orders department, they do not answer phone or return calls. called local branch, bloke told me it would be 5 weeks as order was placed direct with manufacture and then said he had 4 in stock so should have just called. Now chasing for a refund.

Only 4 stars because the wrong material was delivered initially and delayed my work but resolved quickly and easily by the team.
Ordered sink on website, delivery estimated five days later. Rang up to check when delivery would be and was told the sink is out of stock but will be delivered in about four weeks time. Website information is not up to date as it was still showing as in stock when I called. Nobody bothered to contact me to tell me it was out of stock. At least the guy I called ay Yeovil was helpful in finding out what was going on.
Poor communication, item slightly damaged and clips missing inside extractor hood.
Box taped up with brown tape suggesting it had been opened.
Looked like it had been in stock a while and kicked about.
Luckily this was a direct replacement so robbed parts off old one, otherwise it would have been useless.
Only good thing was a great price, but that was probably why, to get rid of stock
